ok, installed the new video door bell 4, installed the ring transformer, not charging????at transformer 13.91 voltsat door bell 13.91 volts using a Klein meter put in brand new battery at 100% chargetwo days later it showsHardwire and now 90%?????????????????????

Hi @Roy_B. Are you still having this concern? Typically, when you initially hardwire your cam, it will drop to around 90% and then start to trickle charge you battery. You can learn more about this [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204252980).
