Video Doorbell Pro (1gen) no Power

I bought the doorbell pro a few days ago. its easy to install and working well. After half hour, Doorbell doesn't have power. i used electroscope to check. Cable still has power. I was change my plus in tansformer to GE Security Interlogix 600-1023 Class 2 Transformer, 16.5V, 40VA, 60Hz. I had professional installer check power before install doorbell. Does someone can help me? Thank you

@Lupo If in the USA are you using the pro power kit? Also 16vac is the minimum for the pro. I would try a 24vac transformer. You should be able to get one fairly inexpensively.
