Looking for help with my video doorbell 2 that I have mounted outside my back door. From dusk to dawn this doorbell is completely fogged over, both in the summer and the winter, making it completely useless. It does not record motion during this time and there is no useful imaging during the live view. We have tried de-fogger products to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @DrMarkSmith. The Ring Video Doorbell 2 should have a watertight seal and not allow condensation on the inside of the lens. Are you seeing this on the inside or outside? Additionally, there is a product called Rain X that works great for keeping the outside of the Ring Doorbell clear. Give that a try if you haven't already!
