User is not getting verification Code email to have the shared access of the device.

shared user is not able to signup from the invitaion , since he is not getting the verificaiton email with the code. tried to remove and re add the user but still got stuck at the same stage for verification.

    Hey @joyelchristi. Does your shared user have another email address they could use to try to sign up for an account? If they do, add them as a shared user with that new email before they create another account, and then have them create the account when they get the email invitation. Hope this helps!
