Transfer Subscription from broken doorbell

Hi,I've just installed a new Ring Doorbell Pro since my old one malfunctioned. I purchased a basic protection plan with my old doorbell and it doesnt seem to have transfered over. I deleted the old doorbell from my ring account before i was able to check it. I would like to speak to someone on the phone to assist.
