Top half blue flashing - Video Doorbell Pro completely stuck
Hei Just tried to install my second Video Doorbell Pro after returning the first one after it got stuck in a "boot loop" during initial software update - whatever I did it just went into the "top half blue flashing pattern". Now the exact same thing happened to the new doorbell I got as an replacement. Initial setup OK, bell starts an software update automatically and gets stuck with the top half flashing blue. It seems like this factory update destroys the doorbell in stead of updating it - unbelievable! Are there any solutions for this? (Yes, I have tried "hard reset", after starting up again the "white circle" spins one turn, then the device goes straight into the the "top half blue flashing pattern" and nothing works or can be done...)

Hi @knukon. Since you've already received a replacement Doorbell Pro and it's still not updating and completing the set up properly, I would recommend following up with our support team. It may be a deeper cause, such as a setting in your wifi network that is preventing the Doorbell from completing its update and finishing setup. Please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
