There should certainly be an option to adjust the [motion settings for your Video Doorbell 3](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040747611-Utilizing-Motion-Detection-with-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-3) in the Ring app. The motion settings tile should be found on the Video Doorbell 3 device page among the other tiles. If it is not an option, please ensure your Video Doorbell is online and that there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. :)
