Speaker volume was good now sucks

So I’ve had the ring for a while now and the speaker was always awesome could almost hear me from next door…however recently I’ve had folks come to the door and they cannot hear me at all…I don’t understand how it can go from extremely loud to barely hearing anything over night…need this fixed any tips, help, etc would be nice:..got an iPhone and I also recently deleted the app then reinstalled it that didn’t work. Need help from someone as this is terrible…was thinking of getting more ring devices but now a little nervous as I don’t want them to crap out like this
