Solar charger seems to have killed my ring doorbell 1
After recently purchasing the ring doorbell 1 solar charger it initially was charging the device for a few weeks (albeit slowly) Now it wont take any charge from that, or multiple USB chargers plugged into mains. The device appears to have no life at all, no lights when connected to USB.

Hi @dfp. Check to see if your Ring Doorbell responds to a reset. Do this by holding down the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then releasing. You should see blue flashing lights on the Doorbell. If there are no signs of power at that time, please review our warranty information [here](https://shop.ring.com/pages/warranty) and please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
