Solar charger for 2nd gen ring video doorbell not compatible

Question

I purchased a Solar Charger for my Ring video doorbell 2. It says compatible with ring video doorbell on the box.. however the screws don’t line up and there is no hole in the back to fit the cord through like in the instructions. The most frustrating part is I’ve been trying to call Ring Australia for the past week, I’m just be stuck on hold indefinitely. Pretty sure there’s no one actually on the other end answering calls! Also, there’s no contact email for Ring...?? This is my only option! Very frustrating. How can I speak to someone from Ring!? 😩

I have a Video Doorbell 2nd gen and I had a solar panel that is recommend for this device but it does not seem to charge either not getting enough sun or what ...I do believe it maybe the amount of sun.  My question is do you have an option to connect an External Solar panel that can be placed higher on my home like the panels for stick up cams?
