Hi @Jdonovan! Please check that the ribbon cable is securely attached and plugged in on the indoor assembly. If the battery is fully charged, pushing the setup button should result in lights. Keep in mind, after a new setup your Ring device may update for a few moments. If the Peephole Cam appears to be offline or unresponsive in the Ring app, try a new setup to see if this resolve it.
