Screw spinning when trying to remove
When I try to remove the screws, one comes out easily. The other one seems to be just spinning as if the housing it screws into is spinning with it. Any ideas

It sounds like our support team will need to review the [warranty](https://shop.ring.com/pages/warranty) on your device and see if it qualifies for a replacement if the screw cannot be successfully removed.
