Ring video dorbell has turned into black and white vision

 Ring video dot bell has turned into black and white vision, all the times, day view, live, nighttime, etc. It wasn’t like that before, we had a clear color view and now just in black and white. I already reset the camera , turned on and off, etc. I bough it in 2020 on Amazon and the model is 537453787 Thanks
