Ring Pro 2 Doorbell Fails After Ring

Each time my ring pro 2 doorbell is rung, the doorbell goes off line and stops communicating. It actually loses power and until the switch in the main breaker box is reset it doesn't function. If the doorbell isn't rung, it will alert to motion and record forever. This is super frustrating and I need a resolution asap. PLEASE HELP!

    I am having the same problem although I have a Ring Pro. Not sure what a Pro 2 is? I have checked voltage and am getting 20 volts into the doorbell chime box.

      I am having the same problem. Once the bell is rung the Pro 2 goes dark. Did you find a solution to this problem?
