Ring Offline…(Daily!)

Hi folks, any help much appreciated. My ring video doorbell 2 goes offline daily for several hours at random times. No other device has a problem with my internet connection. I’ve ‘reset my hub/router’ a thousand times. Even using rings Wi-Fi speed test my download speed is >100+mbps and upload >10mbps. I can’t seem to connect to the ring network and the bell will not connect to the internet or app on the mobile. Seriously fed up as this has been ongoing for months and the call lines are always having me on hold >15/20 mins. This is my last attempt for I bin it off
