My camera works but it doesn't notify when someone goes by nor do I hear it ring on my phone. I have to tell people I'm expecting so I can let them in. This happened all of a sudden.

Hi @user_cc707d. Make sure your Ring app is updated, and you have Motion Alerts toggled on in the app for your camera. Additionally, check the permission settings on your phone to ensure the Ring app has permission to send notifications.
