Ring not sending notifications to Samsung S9

Himy ring doorbell is not sending notifications to my samsung s9.I can connect do ring from the app, see video and even talk and ear if someone is there.the problem is that if someone pushes the doorbell button it wont ring on the phone.I`ve already did a fresh install, double chequed the notification settings both in ring app and samsung settings.I also tried on a diferent phone (Samsung s7) and it works oerfectly.Any ideas what might be happening?Thank you in advance.
