Ring doorbell wired ringing by its self

I habe the ring doorbell hard wired. It started ringing by its self with no one presing the botton. Ive reset it its still the same. The botton clicks when pushed so its not stuck on. Any ideas. Ive un plugged it for now

Hi @Jamesk1988. Do you have the Jumper Cable installed on your Chime Kit? The Doorbell Wired is designed to be used with a Jumper Cable installed and if not, you can experience the issue you are having.
