Ring Doorbell Pro 1 stuck on white halo effect

Hi my ring doorbell pro 1 has been stuck on a white halo for the past 1 day the halo disappears now and the light goes off then same process repeats itself. I have tried resetting it about 20 times but no progress can’t get it to do anything else. Please help
