  Hi @user49856. Checking that there is power at the wires was an excellent troubleshooting step to take. You also want to make sure the [Pro Power Kit is installed correctly on your in-home chime](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974286-How-to-Install-Pro-Power-Kit-V2-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro). Try rebooting the Doorbell as well by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.
