Ring doorbell gen 2 wont auto reconnect to wifi

My ring doorbell Gen 2 regular dissconnects from the Wifi which is approximatley 2 feet away and has a very strong green signal but it will never auto reconnect to wifi though the outdoor camera does everytime, is it a fault with the ring doorbell, all upates/firmware done, cheers in advance

Hi @user38456. There may be another wifi-enabled device that is causing interference with the Ring Doorbell. We have some more information on wifi interference and some common obstructions [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020044511-Improving-your-wifi-performance). What is the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for your Doorbell? You can find this number on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
