Ring Video Doorbell
Ring doorbell disconnecting from WiFI
I have a ring doorbell that was purchased less than a year ago, and only in use for a couple months (bought in preparation of moving into a new house). The doorbell will work for a couple days then will disconnect. The wifi in the house is fine, and other Ring cameras work fine, but the doorbell disconnects. Sometimes taking the cover off and pressing the reset button will work, sometimes it will not. The doorbell itself is getting a constant 18v supply of power. What could be the problem? I've tried searching the topic but could find no solution that would work for me. Thank you in advance.

No one to help? From any research I've done, it looks like the unit went bad, but after only a few months of being installed?
