Ring Doorbell 4 Not Saving Videos

Often the ring doorbell does not save videos despite sending notifications. Is this a common problem and what can I do to resolve it? The notification doesn't even appear in event history. The last clip recorded was 2 hours ago despite there being more notifications between then and now. ---------- The exact thing that just happened was I got a notification, a few seconds later I opened up the live view and was watching for a few seconds. Closed live view and it said "Processing".  Went back to the app a few minutes later and it was gone. Clicked live view again, closed it, it said "Processing", again a few minutes later there was no record.  ---------- Live view loads instantly for what it's worth and doesn't seem choppy or anything
