      What a disappointing not answer @Caitlyn_Ring Community forum. The whole purpose of these things is so that you can read about other people's problems and how they solve them. When you funnel people into private support sessions you disenfranchise the community of this right.I've noticed the network stack on my ring devices just sucks. They re DHCP discover 10 times a day even though they are connected to a continuous power supply.The access points they are joined to are immaculate. No other device on my network has this many problems or anywhere near as many DHCP discovers. And my smart home networks gone well above 200 devices at this point. I'm a network engineer of 20 years. Your network stack is trash.
