Ring doorbell 2 will not hold a charge

I purchased A ring doorbell 2 And recently plugged it in to charge it and it would flash blue for a quarter of the circle and then stop charging. Will I need a new ring or can I fix the one I have? Ouch

Hi @user67622. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds to see if it helps. I would also recommend trying a different micro USB charging cable to see if it makes a difference.
