Ring doorbell 2 battery keeps dying

I have only had my Ring doorbell 2 for six months and lately the battery needs to be charged every week. I have the settings on light, I think something is wrong with the battery itself.

Hey @Mekamouse. How quickly the battery drains can be affected by a number of factors, including the signal strength the Doorbell is receiving as well as the number of events it is recording each day. What is the RSSI from the Device Health screen? Approximately how many motions, dings, and Live Views does the Doorbell have each day? You can check this by looking at the Event History log.
