The mechanical bell is working, the voltage is 22V, but it is not powering up the ring doorbell. What should I do?

Hi there, @DjMorais! Is this for a Video Doorbell Pro, or a battery powered Video Doorbell? A Video Doorbell model that is intended to be powered by battery, can only be powered by such. Connecting wires and sufficient power will provide a charge and chime kit functionality, but it will not power a battery operated device. If you are using the Video Doorbell Pro, checkout this [checklist I made for wiring/ power for Video Doorbell Pros](https://community.ring.com/t/hardwiring-checklist-video-doorbell-pro/37520/2). I hope this helps! :)
