I get the notification on my phone that someone has pushed the button but no sound from the bell or the chime unit I have in the house Please can you help me as I have missed a few deliveries now do to this.

Hi @Seancox. What model Doorbell do you have? Also, check your Chime Settings within the Ring app. You can find this when you have the device selected and tap Device Settings > General settings. Changing these settings to reflect the correct chime kit can make a big difference. I hope this helps!
