  I am experiencing the same. Was there any solution without buying a new one?

  Mine is doing the same thing. Second in a row. Seem to get about two years out of each. Its crappy plastic and about 2 years after purchase it begins to degrade and will eventually render the product useless as you cant see through the lens. Support last time had me buy a new one. I guess the moral of the story is that if you have it in the sun you should budget the money and time to replace every 2 years.

  I get it chat bot. But the problem is this happens to any ring doorbell exposed to the sun after a couple of years. Its a pita to contact support. Have them tell you its out of warranty and have to buy and install a new one. Maybee you can come up with a subscription program where you send a new one every couple of years. That or change the build quality to include a glass lens to cover the optics. Smh.
