Ring 2 - moved now Refuses to connect
I have a Ring 2. Worked great until we moved in 2021 I recently ordered new batteries. I've installed them and it will NOT connect to new router despite doing every single troubleshooting option available. I have had to reconnect with a new account instead of the account I used when I purchased it originally. Otherwise I'd think it should work. Please Do let me know. Asap. I need to protect my children. We live outside of our safe zone now. I've had 3 intentionally damaged tires; it is what it is. I must catch this evil entity. I use rechargeable batteries. It supposed to connect to (?) my phone the ring set up yet it does NOT allow me to connect to it. Thank you in advance. The app states that it is offline. They nearly stole all of our pumpkins last night. Thank you.
