Ring 2 doorbell not charging properly

Our Ring doorbell randomly stopped working. It used to flash like a meter to show how charged it was. Now when we plug it in, the whole circle flashes and we can’t get it to charge even 50%. We have tried 3 different cables and it’s still not working. Any anyone figured out how to fix this issues?
