Rich Notifications Not Working

Several weeks ago, I stopped getting the Rich Notifications on my laptop (works fine on my iPhone). I have gone through all the troubleshooting suggested, but still no luck. Can anyone share what your Windows notifications settings are? I didn't change anything, but I can't figure out what happened either. I use Chrome on my laptop and have checked those settings, as well. Thank you!
