Remote bell push for ring doorbell 2nd generation
My condo association does not allow me to mount the Ring doorbell on the outside of our front door weather enclosure (basically a glass enclosure for the front door). However, a standard push button for our hard-wired generic doorbell is mounted there. I have mounted the Ring by our front door inside the enclosure but this is not optimal as people are going to use the outside push button. Solution: a wired push button that will remotely connect to the Ring network to ring the Chime when the external button is pushed. The Ring doorbell is great for motion detection.

Hi @Nrcapes. As we value our neighbors' feedback, we've created a [Feature Request board](https://community.ring.com/c/products/feature-request-board/24). Although, it seems like a [Security Cam](https://ring.com/collections/security-cams) might be a better option for this situation, as those do not require a button like the doorbells do.
