I need help with a doorbell registration previous owner says they have removed all devices but I still can’t  register

I'd recommend checking out this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-I-Would-Like-to-Take-Over-Change-Ownership-of-Ring-Devices) on taking over the ownership of a Ring device. If possible, I'd suggest reaching out to the previous owner again to ensure they fully removed the device from their Ring App, rather than just deleting the Ring App. If you can't get a hold of then, our support team can explore all options available with you.
