troubleshooting
Hey! We have an old ring doorbell that is supposed to be unused but it only had barcode, no QR code. Did some of the ring devices come originally without QR code?

Hi @user_f37aba. If it is the original Doorbell, it did not have a QR code, and you should be able to complete the setup without it. To do so, follow the prompts to enter the QR code manually, and when selecting which Doorbell you have, make sure you pick the one that says "Video Doorbell." Let me know if that helps.
