Hello, I have had problems registering my doorbell as it sent me a message saying that the doorbell is registered to someone else. I would like to know what I can do?
Hi @Jcordero. Is this a new or used purchase? If your doorbell is registered to another user, this will first have to remove the doorbell from their Ring app before you can register it.
