When I create a privacy Zone for the neighbours across the road it blacks out peoples faces when they are at my front door. Does any one have a solution. I am new to Ring

    Hi @denilew. If using a Privacy Zone gets in the way of your Doorbell's view to see who is at your door, then I would recommend not using it or adjusting the Privacy Zone.       Your answer in effect makes the Ring doorbell useless to me and i will have to send it back. Can you not configure it so that a person in front of the privacy zone can be viewed as it would still block the view of that area of the privacy zone?
