Video view is always mainly pink - as Ring Doorbell help people don’t seem to have the answer maybe someone In the community has had this problem and can give me the answer how to get rid of it and get back to a normal live view.

Hi @Anacrites. You can try [rebooting the Doorbell from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). Also, this Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/pink-video/2224) has other neighbors experiencing a similar concern and a marked solution as to what those neighbors had to do.
