Person Detected No Longer Working

Question

We've had our Video Doorbell 2 for 3 days.  For the first day, we would get notifications when a person was detected, now we get nothing other than motion alerts.  We have tested it several time, and still nothing.  Anyone know a fix or setting to correct this?

Not sure if there's a setting or not. But a few have been having issues with their 'detection' methods recently. So keep an eye out in the forums and give it some time. Hopefully they'll figure out what's alluding them.
