No doorbell notifications on my android

Question

I just installed video doorbell but just can't seem to get notifications working. Notifications are turned on in the app, phone, everywhere. I can see live video and all but just no notifications.

Hey @Kartheekv! I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your mobile device, as well as ensuring all permissions are accepted. If this does not improve notification functionality, please check your in app settings and your mobile device notification settings. I hope this helps! :)
