Night view is terrible due to infrared beams bouncing off wall

Since upgrading my Doorbell Pro to a Doorbell Pro 2, the infrared beM keeps bouncing off a nearby wall. The camera is at an angle and the previous version didn't struggle with this issue. I've checked another conversation on the forum and the agent suggested adding additional lighting, which defeats the objective of expensive doorbell with night vision. Does anyone know if ring are fixing this defect?
