Hi @user_acd8cb. If your Doorbell is not detecting motion during the nighttime try the following steps: - Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app. - If you use Modes, verify you do not have a Mode Schedule in place that would have the Doorbell stop detecting at night. - Verify you have no Motion Schedules in place. - If your Doorbell is battery operated, try changing your Motion Frequency too Frequently. - If the area it is too dark, try turning on an exterior light to see if it helps. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
