Newest update our device, not working
Since the last update on September 30, I haven’t had any audio. I tried everything I could do and nothing worked. Just got off the phone with customer service. Followed the steps They told me to do the whole time while they were on the phone. Now my device will not work. no video or audio. My ring doorbell is only a couple of years old and never had a problem with it until this last update and after speaking with YOUR customer service rep! It won’t do anything and completely useless because of what YOUR customer service rep told me to do! I the ring doorbell a lot because I am a cancer patient and have issues getting around. I am very angry and want this resolved ASAP

Hi @user7502. We're happy to help with general troubleshooting tips here, but we'll need more information first. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, does your doorbell show as online and connected to your wifi, or offline?
