New Ring but can’t connect too 2nd phone

I have a ring doorbell 2 wireless it’s new I have it fully set up on my main phone and it’s working 100% I have sent a request to my wife’s email to allow access for it to work on her phone.Now on her phone I have downloaded the ring app and created an account I have clicked on the link in her email but I can’t get anyway to get her app to work with the doorbell Please can someone give me step by step advice how to connect a second phone ?
