[Need Help or Replacement] Ring Doorbell Pro Stuck on Wi-Fi Connection

Hi Ring Support Community, I’m having trouble setting up my Ring Doorbell Pro. It keeps getting stuck at the "Connecting the Doorbell via Wi-Fi" step, and I consistently receive a "connection failed" message. I’ve already tried the following: - Confirmed that no VPN is in use - Performed a factory reset on the device Repeated the setup process multiple times Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I would appreciate any guidance you can offer. If the device is defective, please advise on how I can get a replacement under warranty. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @SeventhSeal. Does the Ring app provide any additional details on why the connection is failing? Do you see any light patterns on the Ring Doorbell? This can give us more information on why the connection is failing. Also, is your router dual-band, with 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections?
