My Ring Doorbell pro doesn't start wifi in setup mode

Hi,My **Ring Doorbell Pro** doesn't start its wifi access point after entering in setup mode.I called support and the last thing we did together was to add the " **doorbell bypass kit**" to the power circuit.I also sent a picture to show how the power wiring was being doing (see attached file).Yesterday I sent an email asking if the support team saw the picture but I didn't have reply.Can you please help me?Best regards,Luiz Almeida
