My ring doorbel v2 will not show live view. It tries to conne t bit eventually fails

Video doorbell will not show live view on any device. I have reset it, connected to my home wireless and the new chime network. Connection is very strong, 60+ and my upload is at about 150mbs. The doorbell rings ok, the chime joins in, the alert comes through but i justvcannot connect to live view

Hi @GaryT133. If the RSSI is -60, that is actually a bit on the weaker side. The RSSI is a measure of the signal strength for your Doorbell, and weak or unstable signal can prevent the Live View from being able to load. Try relocating your router or using a wifi extender if the router is far away from your Doorbell, as that should help improve the signal and improve performance.
