When you're receiving false motion alerts, there are a few different things you can try checking: * Check your Motion Zones to see if there is anything that might be triggering a motion. * Is your Ring device’s Motion Zone covering a busy street or sidewalk? You may need to lower the zone to exclude an area. * For battery devices, turn on Motion Verification and People Only Mode, to reduce your device’s motion sensitivity. * For wired devices, adjust your motion sensitivity down to People Only Mode.
