Mechanical Chime Stopped Working after Pro Power Kit Install
I recently added a second location for Ring. As soon as I connected the Pro Power kit, the mechanical doorbell stopped working. (I tested with the old doorbell button prior to installing the Ring doorbell.) The pro power kit is wired exactly as my first, with one wire connected to the Transformer terminal and one wire connected to the Front Door terminal on the chime. I have checked the settings in the app. The chime type is set to mechanical, and the physical chime toggle is turned on. Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

Hi @user_32f472. What is the voltage rating for your transformer? This information is usually stamped on your transformers side. Also, what model chime kit do you have? You can check this Help Center article here for more information.
