Live view on Door bell

Hi Having a problem with ring doorbell as the live view not always connecting but the spotlight at the back of the house works fine. Only difference is the doorbell is connected to a range Extender.. But when first installed range Extender worked fine then a update to doorbell and now finding hard to get live view. But the moment sensor and ringing of bell works fine... Any help or reason..?? 🤔
